今日是測試和適應高山反應，為明天超過4000米作好準備，如無法適應可能就要放棄，早上七時半起程，在村中向上行，原途全是樓梯，極斜，因為要在最短路程，個半鐘內上升至3880米（即上昇440米）。
Today is the acclimatization day for tomorrow's preparation which is to reach 4000m. If you can't do it, then have to give up. Wake up at 7:30am and way up the hill, mostly is staircase, reaching there after 1.5 hours which is rising 440m high.

上了山後才發現原來Namche有小機場，主要是載送一些物資或是登山探險隊的設備。如果很有錢的你也可以直接搭直升機來Namche住這裡的高級旅館。
There's a small helipad in Namche. It's mostly use to delivery the daily supplies to lodges/hotel there.

到頂後原來是一間酒店，而且十分之貴，據說是日本人開的，要300元美金一晚，真的有人住嗎，在這家酒店享受一杯飲品後就落山。
It's an expensive hotel on the top of the hill, owned by Japanese, the charge is US$300 per night. Can have some drink while enjoying the view.
