尼泊爾ebc建行之旅-start

[2016尼泊爾] 毅力比氣力重要，氧氣少要勇氣來補充，氣溫越低需要熱血來前住聖母峰基地營EBC

為便於欣賞這一區域的壯麗美景，尼泊爾政府開闢徒步線路，建立徒步設施並設立了薩加瑪塔國家公園（Sagarmatha National Park）。EBC是Everest Base Camp縮寫，指薩加瑪塔國家公園內的珠峰登山大本營，只是公園其中一個部份，但EBC的知名度遠遠大於薩加瑪塔，所以大家去薩加瑪塔國家公園，索性說成EBC了。
尼泊爾被譽為行山天堂，擁有世界上最多、最美、最完善的的徒步路線，關於EBC名稱，要先從珠峰（8844.43米，世界第一高峰）說起。珠峰有三個名稱：

1. Everest，是英國殖民期間，紀念一位名叫Everest的殖民者取的名；
2. Sagarmatha，尼泊爾名薩加瑪塔，意思是「天空之女神」；
3. 珠穆朗瑪，藏名Qomolangma的音譯，意思是「大地之母」；

珠峰氣勢磅礴，而且在它周圍20公里的範圍內，有有南面3公里處的洛子峰 8516米世界第四和卓窮峰 7589米；東南面是馬卡魯峰 8463米世界第五；北面3公里是章子峰 7543米；西面是努子峰 7855米、普莫里峰 7145米、格重康峰 7998米和卓奧友峰 8201米世界第六。

所有家檔在此，共重30公斤，本人不是行山愛好者，準備內容來自網上，重來沒有背包經驗，點解有這忽發奇想，已經吾記得，可能趁還有體力，還有膽色，這两方面會隨年月磨滅，更有可能與太太的一個戲言，咁就去吧！

This is all we are carrying during the trekking trip.  With no hiking and backpacking experience, we have no idea what to bring, we just have to search in internet.  We have to keep the luggage to 30kg as it will be carried by the porter.  Can't remember what bring us the idea to do this trip but finally are ready to go!

加德滿都雖然是首都，機場還是較落後，滿街是街童問攞錢，感覺有點危險。

Kathmandu airport is a bit small and old.  You can see some child beggars along the street, looks a bit not secure.

酒店環境較差，比較污糟，樓下更是的士高，音樂聲好大，聲稱有free WiFi但要行近lobby至有，即系打完咭和報平安就翻房算吧！。

This is the first night at Kathmandu hotel.  The hotel looks old and not so clean. It's a bit noisy as there is a club around this area.  Have free wifi in public area.

因為太晚，還是要旅行社幫忙唱錢，低與否，無法了！

Since arriving late,  our agency has helped us to change the nepalese rupees. 

到達酒店零晨，梳洗和整理行李已經2㸃，但5㸃要起身，還是早點休息擺。
 We arrived the hotel very late, it's 2am after shower and repacking.  We have to wake up at 5am so need to sleep soon.
