尼泊爾ebc建行之旅-2

[2016尼泊爾] 毅力比氣力重要，氧氣少要勇氣來補充，氣溫越低需要熱血來前住聖母峰基地營EBC

------ Phakding ------

早餐時間是六點半，昨晚睡得不太好，早上就5時半就要早起。
Having breakfast at 6am.  Didn't sleep well that night and wake up at 5am.

路況比昨日更加難行，難度又是昨日的一倍，一天比一天辛苦，空氣一天比一天稀薄，體力同樣每況越下由於要準備離開，雖要五點半起床，早晩氣溫十低，只有幾度。
The path is becoming more and more difficult, oxygen is becoming more and more less.  The temperature in morning and night has big difference.

第一個 TIMS卡檢查站

今日要面對是高度不斷上升，意味6小時行程幾乎大部份都是上坡，而且斜度相當之大，雖然有心理準備，但現實卻又另一回事。
Today's 6 hours walk is mostly going up the hill. It's much more tough as we expected.

難度比想像中大好多，共上升近一千公尺，路面十分崎驅，間水，泥靈，連續兩過多小時近乎直的石梯，有途經著名鐵吊橋，超過十層樓高度，下面就是急流，膽小勿近，經6小時極其幸苦行程，困難度是昨日的一倍，身心俱疲近極點，已經出現放棄念頭，但眼見年幾比自己大多的長輩也比比皆是，更叫自己不要放棄，今天過這條雙吊橋應該算最出名，電影也在此取景。
The difficulty is beyond expectation, rising 1000m high, paths with water and mud, 2 hours going up and down the stairs, pass through the swing bridges.  Really fatigue after 6 hours walk and wanted to give up but after seeing some grandpa and grandma walking, the thought disappeared.

發現有上網咭賣，原來行ebc有wifi用

有關通訊問題，全條路經其實好多地方都有電話訊號，但越高訊號越差，因為訊號來自旅館，旅館與旅館間太遠通常都無訊號，而高地旅館電網不到，只能用太陽能，晚上和天氣差直接影響供電，無電＝無訊號，而上網是有的，同一道理但情況更差，門口有寫wifi通常都有wifi 咭賣，越高越貴，越慢，越不穩定，而每張咭到某過高度是不適用，所以低位買定是無意思的。

There is wifi card for sale along the EBC trek.  Most of the lodge or cafe's has wifi card for sale but you can get the signal only when you are in the lodge, you wont have signal along the way.

有寫wifi和有訊號地方：

– Lukla: Paradise Lodge (有)

– Phakding: Snowland Inn (有)

– Namche Bazar: (其實吾洗買，因為只要任何一間cafe都有free WiFi和免費充電)

– Mong-La: Sherpa Hilltop (無)

– Dole: Himalayan Lodge (有)

– Machhermo: Lodge in Machhermo (有)

– Gokyo: Gokyo Resort (有)

– Thangnak: Mountain Paradise Inn (有)

– Dzongla: Dzongla Inn (有)

– Lobuche: Alpine Inn (有)

– Gorak Shep: Snowland Highest Inn (有)

– Orsho: Orsho Guesthouse (無)

充電都是大問題，以次計，滿為止，當然太大個要講數，所以體積細容量高就最好，但不一定每次都能成功充爆，早上天氣差一般都不理想。

再過一小時連續魔鬼上坡，第二個 TIMS卡檢查站。

------ Namche Bazzar ------

最後到達較具規模大村Namche Bazzar，海拔高度3440公尺，Namche市區裡什麼都有賣，簡直就是一個縮小版的加德滿都，不但有登山用品店、銀行、超市，也有西式中式餐廳、咖啡廳、電子用品店。但物價是加德滿都兩倍的價錢！不過這𥚃任何東西都得來𣎴易，貴是合理的。
Finally arrived Namche Bazzar, it's a little city at 3440m high.  You can find everything you need in Namche Bazzar like trekking stuffs, bank, supermarket, local and western restaurant, cafe, electronic shops.  But price is higher than Kathmandu since everything is not easy to reach there, so it is reasonable.

Namche滿街都是wifi標誌，只要入內消費，wifi、差電是任用的，過了好幾天沒有網路的生活，進入wifi咖啡店，但也因為這樣我們發現一間很不錯的咖啡廳-Himalayan Java Coffee House，算暫時回歸文明。
Wifi is free inside the cafe or restaurant in Namche, as well are charging battery.  Himalayan Java Coffee House is a nice place, cozy and can enjoy the magazine or internet surfing under the sun.
