[2016尼泊爾] 毅力比氣力重要，氧氣少要勇氣來補充，氣溫越低需要熱血來前住聖母峰基地營EBC

雖要上升至4400米，8㸃半起程，導遊建議食定高山藥打底，路程大約三小時。
Start the jorney at 8:30am, need to reach the height of 4400m. The tour guide advise us to take the altitude sickness pill. The treck was around 3 hours.

頭兩小時繼續上斜，而且還開始下雨，於是著上雨衣上路，也有較平坦的山路，但落雨會加倍辛苦，雨衣焗身，
比平時出汗多。

今天路程算是輕鬆11㸃45分到達，所以有多一個下午休息，百無了賴過，還有同旅館工作人員、旅客同導遊打足球，打了大約一小時，真的無諗過在4400米高原同互不相識朋友玩足球，但真系適可宜止，萬一得到高山反應就.....
Today's treck is a bit smooth, we arrived the lodge at 11:45am and could have the whole afternoon to rest. Play football with the guests and tour guides for around 1 hour. Haven't thought can still play football in the height of 4400m and that could lead the altitude sickness.....

由這高度開始，入夜後非常之寒泠，接近零度，在没有提供暖氣和格溫窗下，房間提供棉被加上睡袋已𣎴足應附度過寒夜，雖要問旅館提供多一張棉被應付，但如果旅館滿客時就未必可以多一張棉被。
Temperature starting to drops in the evening. There's no heater or insulation system in the room. Besides using the blanket given, we have to use out sleeping bags too. Sometimes it is too cold that need to request additional blanket but if that day its full occupancy, the lodge wont be able to provide.
