[2016尼泊爾] 毅力比氣力重要，氧氣少要勇氣來補充，氣溫越低需要熱血來前住聖母峰基地營EBC

Machhermo → Gokyo Lake
海拔高度：4470公尺至4750公尺 步行距離：8公里
七點半出發，目的地Gokyo湖，海冹4800米，是全世界最高湖，行五小時，基本高低起伏不太大，只有幾處魔鬼上坡，但海冹已經超過4千米，體能已下降至原本的分一，就算在平地行，呼吸已出現困難，肌肉酸痛加劇，懸崖邊始終都要打醒十二分精神，而下面就是激流。
Today's destination is Gokyo lake. Depart at 7:30am. Gokyo lake is the highest lake in the world. Walked for 5 hours, the treck is not so rough but due to the altitude at 4800m, we starting to have breathing difficulty.

不時有救護直昇機住來，通當來時順道運輸貨物，再上有雖要人士。
From time to time there are rescue helicopter coming and they also take the opportunity to carry supplies to the lodges.

Gokyo湖之前有個較細，名氣無咁大但也同樣壯觀美麗
